Stage - Business Transversal Support Officer H/F CACEIS

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Transversal Management Team in the Sales & Client Excellence Support business line. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking sector, specifically in contract management and documentation processes.

Responsibilities:
Assist the the Business Transversal Management in migrating existing client contracts efficiently into the dedicated tool
Support the team in managing daily email inflow and responding to inquiries promptly
Ensure accuracy and precision in all documentation tasks and their ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with team members to draft new procedures and help improve documentation processes and practices
Contribute to the Monthly Activity KPI Report
Assist the business line Head for specific projects/tasks if needed.
