In which structure will you be a Senior Installation Methods Engineer?

We are recruiting for our client specialized in the energy sector a Senior Installation Methods Engineer within the Global Project Centre, Project & Installation Engineering Group. This structure is recognized for its deep offshore projects and innovative solutions in the marine environment.

What will be your missions and responsibilities?

- You will be responsible for the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, riser systems, flexible flowlines, and/or umbilicals.
- You will prepare the scope and support the offshore crew during operations.
- You will ensure the interface with the client, suppliers, offshore crew, and design team.
- You will manage a team of engineers and a package.
- You will manage all external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal ones (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase).
- Prepare documents and preliminary studies for tenders, FEEDs, and projects developed by the Group.
- Autonomously supervise engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation.
- Plan, prepare, and confirm specific procedures and associated calculation notes.
- Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases to validate technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project standards in Quality, Cost, and Time.
- Choose subcontractors, supervise subcontracted studies, validate concepts, and manage changes considering HSEQ criteria.
- Actively participate in team development and expertise consolidation.
- Propose innovative solutions to reduce costs.

What profile and skills for this Senior Installation Methods Engineer position?

- Master's degree in engineering with relevant experience in the energy sector.
- Required experience in subsea structures installation and/or flexible flowlines/umbilicals.
- Mooring installation experience is desirable.
- Experience in offshore operations.
- Autonomy, coordination, and communication skills are key assets.
- Team leadership experience.
- Fluent in English.

Where will the Senior Installation Methods Engineer be located?

Paris (Suresnes) - France or Full remote with punctual mission in Africa and South America.
