Assistant Manager - Manager Finance M - F H/F Indosuez Wealth Management

Outline of the Position:

Assist the Team Head of Finance Department with the financial accounting and regulatory reporting, daily finance operation for Hong Kong Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle HKMA banking returns and surveys are compliant with the instructions and guidelines set by HKMA.
- Manage financial accounting tasks including month end closing, general ledger control and bank reconciliations.
- Support in daily accounting functions such as vendor payments and staff expense reimbursement.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss analysis report.
- Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as assigned.
