Knowledge/Know how:

- Expert in KPI Management (targets, top-down bottom-up consistency, etc.)

- Good Knowledge of Quality Core Tools and statistical analysis including Problem-Solving (8D)

- Good Knowledge of special characteristics and deviation/risk assessment (e.g., RAPEX)

- Knowledge product safety & conformity requirements

- Knowledge of product/process development and validation approach (e.g. V-Model, Pilot plant)

- Knowledge of milestone/gate management in series project development

- Knowledge of Database management and reporting (e.g., Power BI)

- Project Management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams

- Moderator skills in leading committee and teams up to Top Management

- Basic knowledge automotive and Battery production

Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in Committee management up to Top Management

Key behaviours:

- Diplomacy, responsiveness, intercultural skills, analytical, sense of urgency

- Presentation skills, good at reporting up to Top Management

Our process usually involves 3 interviews: 2 technical and one HR.

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies).
