Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? Euronext Corporate Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Event Management and Operations to join the Client Services in Paris.

As a successful Senior Manager within Event Management and Operations you will play an essential role in supporting the Head of Department and Event Management and Production teams across Euronext Corporate Solutions, and in delivering a high quality customer experience, as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers webinars and it effective on respective audiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supports the Head of Department in driving the global Event Management and Production team excellence, ensuring best-in-class product and service delivery
- Ensures excellence through continual review of client needs, performance, best practices and regular communication
- Coordinates and supports local Event Management activities, including scheduling and planning, in close collaboration with the Head of Department
- Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders, including the service support team, and other teams involved in service delivery
- Manages client experience via trainings, quality assurance, testing and robust release management processes
- Ensuring that all processes are thoroughly documented, consistently reviewed, and regularly improved
- Coordinate and communicate on local activities across Euronext Corporate Solutions and with key stakeholders in Euronext Group
- Be a key Management contact person for our event management and production team with regards to upcoming webinars & webcasts coordination
- Contributes to team development by sharing best practices and supporting training initiatives
- Manage/coordinate the internal and external suppliers (including contactors and agencies), with budget and payment management support
- Identify new market developments and lead internal change with your team
- Work on specific projects at group and local level
Your profile:
- 3+ years management experience in dealing with corporate clients in an event based role
- Be a specialist in the field of communication with relevant experience to hit the ground running
- Be a trusted support and advisor to our customers (C-Level) within various fields
- An ability to balance and plan the short-term actions of the team
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders
- An ability to market and promote and to advocate for necessary resources, support, and appreciation for the team
- A complete understanding of the organization's business
- An ability to think critically and to make adjustments consistently as needed
- The ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent command of both English and French. Good German and/or Dutch advantageous
- Broad knowledge and experience of Information Communication Technologies
