Be the Unordinary Voice Driving Real Change in Pharma Strategy

Your New Role

As Market Research Lead, you will own the annual market research plan for the GLP-1 franchise and beyond - from identifying the right business questions, to steering research execution, to transforming insights into impactful actions. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Management) to decode the French market, anticipate trends, and challenge the status quo where needed. This is a high-impact, senior role for someone who combines deep technical expertise in market research with the assertiveness to influence at the highest levels. Your main missions:

- Lead, design, and manage qualitative and quantitative market research studies, including supervision of global research initiatives conducted in France.

- Define the right problem we need to solve, working closely with agencies to ensure the right data is gathered.

- Deliver clear, actionable, and challenging insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions across the affiliate.

- Challenge existing approaches and bring in your expertise to evolve market understanding and sharpen brand positioning.

- Ensure competitive intelligence on market dynamics, anticipating threats and opportunities, particularly in competitive therapeutic areas.

- Translate insights into action plans for Marketing, Sales, and Medical, ensuring relevance to each audience.

- Share critical customer insights across all levels of the affiliate, ensuring every team understands what matters in their market.

Your new department

CUBE (Customer Engagement & Business Excellence) is the engine of excellence and transformation at Novo Nordisk France. We drive customer engagement by aligning the affiliate's ambitions with market needs, healthcare professionals' expectations, and patient journeys. We also strengthen operational excellence by enabling better decision-making and introducing new ways of working. Our work is transversal, serving both field and headquarters teams, in close collabration with every department of the affiliate.

Your skills and qualifications

- Master's degree (Business School or equivalent).

- Minimum 5 years' experience in market research, ideally in pharmaceuticals, consultancy, or healthcare analytics.

- Proven expertise in designing, managing, and interpreting market research (qualitative & quantitative).

- Strong track record of interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders, including leadership teams.

- Assertive communicator who can both challenge and be challenged.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

- Experience in competitive market environments and/or organisational transformation.

- Fluent in French and English.
