LOCATION

Internship at the global headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the Corporate Supply Chain, working in the European planning team and reporting to the planning manager, you will manage a plant's production plan with considerable autonomy. We invite you to join a team of flow managers for a highly responsible role. This trusted role will provide you with a truly professional experience within a large industrial group. After a period of familiarization with the subject matter and familiarization with your work tools, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Production planning for a product range in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (plants, BU, marketing, etc.) to maximize service levels at the lowest cost through management of the master production plan; Preparation of monthly factory meetings and/or S&OP cycles, meetings involving subsidiaries and/or factories, which you will participate in or lead depending on the scope;

- Updating and analyzing KPIs related to your activity (inventory levels, downgrade rates, workshop performance, service levels);

- Depending on the department's activity, you may also be involved in continuous improvement projects.

- During your integration, you will be introduced to all Supply Chain professions to gain a cross-functional perspective, and you will benefit from ongoing training throughout your internship

YOUR PROFILE

- You are a 4th or 5th year business or engineering student, or equivalent (on a gap year or final year), with a specialization in International Business or Supply Chain. Previous experience in the retail sector would be a plus (FMCG, fresh produce, etc.).

- You are comfortable with computer tools (especially Excel, SAP is a plus) as well as English.

- Enthusiastic, rigorous, dynamic, organized, and proactive, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a real passion for teamwork, and you enjoy working in an international environment.

- You demonstrate great rigor, good analytical skills, good oral and written communication, and the ability to manage priorities.
