Overall objective

- Contribute to the L&R strategy execution in collaboration with respective Account Managers for the assigned client portfolio

- Support the local sales team by efficiently managing client requests and ensuring smooth communication and information flow

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, reinforcing Givaudan's perception as a preferred partner and contributing to the business growth of key clients.

- Coordinate development projects from project entry to completion, ensuring a smooth flow of information, samples, product data, and quotations.

Main responsibilities

Project management support: Actively support the KAMs in the project process, such as:

- Registering the projects in the internal system making sure all the parameters are correct. Making sure samples are shipped, honouring the deadlines.

- Creating quotations in IBIS and requesting the necessary technical documentation

- Preparing full submission package for the clients (incl. pricing tables with recommended dosages, and cost, olfactive pyramids, documentation)

- Recording new customer orders in IBIS and inform the team

- Handling product service projects from client request to the final submission, making sure the deadlines are respected, and submission is conformed to client expectation

- Self-selection of Fragrances for smaller / simpler projects using the Smart Submission (SSU) tool

- Maintaining the project pipeline clean and up-to-date

Price management

- Manage annual price increases for all customers using the in-house Crystal tool

- Request to Pricing team new price according to new ordered quantities

- Coordinate with various manufacturers and direct customers to implement price changes within set deadlines

Customer Communication and Support

- Redirect questions from client to the relevant internal stakeholders and ensure effective answers (RAPS, pricing, laboratories, customer care...)

- Strong collaboration with internal teams and daily follow up to address customer queries and concerns effectively

- Maintain a strong and trustful relationship with the clients, maintaining Givaudan's perception as a best in class fragrance house

Administrative support

- Responsible for ordering supplies to maintain a well-equipped and organized workspace, taking into consideration team budget

- Supporting basic reporting tasks such as extraction of sales, margin, and project reports

- Organize with KAM client visits and logistics
