Les missions du poste
Your role will BE to assist the VP in charge of the second plant of ACC's Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau Douvrin and part of his team for all administrative tasks.
You will BE in charge of :
- Proactively manage the meetings set-up and organization, internal and external.
- Ensure that all travels are properly organized and that the expenses are managed on time using the ACC tools
- Manage the archiving of all legal documents and assist with ACC key decision processes
- Assists manager by performing related duties.
- Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Document meeting minutes of team meetings and follow up due dates of open actions
- Prepare and organize customer visits internal and external
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Le profil recherché
The selected candidate for this role should match the following profile expectations :
Experience
- 7+ years as senior executive assistant
- Previous experience in managing complex meetings set-up and organization
Qualifications
- English and French proficiency mandatory, additional langages such as German are a plus for your application.
- Proficient use of usual digital tools such as MS Office suite, MS Teams and overall any solutions dedicated to trips management, expenses management and so on.

You will BE working in the first Gigafactory in France, and benefit from charging stations for electric vehicles, meal vouchers, additionnal & seniority leaves, free access to Gofluent, etc
Our process usually involves up to 3 interviews : 2 métier and one HR.
