Activités opérationnelles :

Promotion interne et externe (supports promotionnels, formations, événements, réunions clients, etc.)
Suivi et revue des opportunités avec les équipes Ventes / Régions
Suivi des concurrents et des commandes (liste de références, parts de marché)
Accompagnement dans les phases de pré-appel d'offres et d'appel d'offres pour orienter vers la solution la plus rentable
Support à la tarification marché et appel d'offres

Activités stratégiques :

Développement d'une vision globale du marché et de ses segments (tendances, critères d'achat des clients, analyse et comportement des concurrents)
Agrégation des informations sur les opportunités, projets, produits et réglementations pour définir les stratégies produits et fonctionnalités, les priorités et les financements
Contribution à la préparation de la vision, de la feuille de route et de l'évolution du portefeuille de la Plateforme

Profil

Diplôme d'ingénieur ou diplôme commercial
Expérience dans un environnement technico-commercial (marketing, gestion de produit, ventes, etc.) avec des biens d'investissement, de préférence des machines électromécaniques et idéalement du matériel roulant
Compréhension de la gouvernance et des processus internes (appels d'offres, plateforme, revues d'opportunités, etc.)
Expérience en gestion collaborative et en animation du travail en équipe

Bonne organisation et capacité à synthétiser des présentations claires pour la Direction Générale, les Plateformes et les équipes Ventes
Capacité à aligner les parties prenantes et à influencer dans un environnement complexe
Orienté résultats, marché et données/faits
Volonté d'apprendre et de comprendre les besoins opérationnels, techniques et commerciaux des clients ainsi que les aspects techniques des produits
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel avec un esprit collaboratif
Développement et maintien d'un réseau interne et externe solide
À l'aise avec MS Office
Maîtrise de l'anglais - un bon niveau de français ou d'allemand est un plus

Key tasks

Operational activities include internal & external promotion (promotional material, trainings, events, customer meetings...), opportunity tracking / reviewing with Sales / Regions, competitor and order tracking (reference list, market shares), guiding in pre-tendering and tendering phase towards the most profitable solution, supporting market and tender pricing
Strategic activities include developing a comprehensive view of the market and its segments (market trends, customer buying criteria, competitor analysis and behaviour), aggregate opportunity, project, product and regulatory information to define product and feature strategies, priorities and funding, to support the preparation of the Platform's vision, roadmap and portfolio evolution

Profile

Degree in Engineering or Commercial degree
Experience in a technical-commercial environment, e.g. marketing, product management, sales, etc. with investment goods, preferably electro-mechanical machines and preferably rolling stock
Understanding of governance and internal process working environment (tender, Platform, opportunity reviews, etc)
Experience of collaborative management, facilitating teamwork

Well organized with capacity to synthetize clear presentations to the Top Management, the Platforms & Sales teams
Ability to align stakeholders and to influence in a complex environment
Results, market and data / facts driven
Willingness to learn and understand the operational, technical and commercial needs of our customers and the technical aspects of the products
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with efficiency, collaborative spirit
Develop and maintain a strong internal and external network
Comfortable with MS Office
Fluent in English - good level of French or German is a plus
