Our Customer Service
Our mission is to make each of our users feel special by answering their requests quickly and in a personalized way. We are the voice of our users at Joko. All the decisions we make aim to ensure their satisfaction, and we strive to provide the best customer service possible. We collaborate closely with other teams to offer a seamless experience when users contact us, and we make sure our agents have the tools and processes they need to succeed.
What You Will Do
As an Operations Manager Intern, you'll support the smooth running of our daily operations and help improve our service quality. You'll gain hands-on experience working across departments, managing outsourced partners, and contributing to key operational initiatives.
Your responsibilities :
- Support the collaboration with our outsourcing partners, helping to ensure quality standards are met and that agents are well-equipped through training and updated documentation.
- Act as the voice of our users internally by helping to analyse and share user feedback gathered from support tickets.
- Assist in auditing and improving internal processes, including training, documentation, and quality control.
- Work alongside our Data and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Help monitor and coordinate the day-to-day operations with our outsourcing teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in handling user requests.
- Help monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and contribute to reporting efforts.
Who We're Looking For
- Background : You are currently studying in a business, engineering, or related field and are looking for a 6-month internship.
- Mindset : You're curious, detail-oriented, and deeply care about delivering a great user experience.
- Analytical : You're comfortable with data and eager to learn how to turn insights into actions.
- Team Player : You enjoy working collaboratively and proactively solving problems.
- Languages : You are native in French and fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Our hiring process
- Intro Call : Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter.
- Step 1 - Team Interview (45 min) : Discussion with two future teammates.
- Step 2 - Case Study & Debrief (45 min) : You'll work on a take-home assignment relevant to the role (e.g. coding, analysis, strategy, or process design), then present IT in a live debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time.
- Step 3 - Founders Interview (45 min) : Conversation with two of our founders.
- References : Up to five calls with former colleagues or managers.
You may also BE invited for coffee or drinks with team members to get a feel for our culture.
