Les missions du poste

This role will BE based in France. The position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Europe/AMWA CCA. This position has become available due to the promotion of the previous position holder.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
- The Performance Manager for France will BE one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates business
- Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers)
- Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams in France and help other PI Managers in Europe
- Help with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performance
- Coordinate and deliver training in France and other European countries

YOUR PROFILE
- University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role
- Fluent language skills in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
