Are you an experienced retail or food service manager looking for a new challenge abroad?
Maison Eric Kayser is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager (F/M) to lead one of our locations in Vietnam.
In close collaboration with your Area Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of the bakery and take responsibility for business performance and team leadership.
Your Main Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of the boutique :
- Promote our products and brand identity to boost sales performance
- Lead and supervise both the sales and in-house production teams
- Train and support new team members
- Motivate your team and identify growth opportunities for each individual
- Monitor daily KPIs and use them to drive performance on the ground
- Ensure consistent product and service quality in line with Maison Kayser standards
- Enforce strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Le profil recherché
This Role Is for You If You...
- Have significant experience in a similar management role (ideally 4+ years)
- Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day challenges
- Possess a natural leadership style and prioritize team success over individual glory
- Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Speak Vietnamese fluently - this is mandatory
- Are also proficient in English (professional level)

- Contract : Vietnamese employment contract

- Salary : €2,300 - €3,000 gross/month (depending on experience)
