To support the continued growth of our company, Maison Eric Kayser is recruiting a talented and committed Head Baker to lead our team and uphold the standards of French artisanal baking abroad.
Your Main Responsibilities
As a true leader, you will BE responsible for the independent management and performance of the baking team (minimum 3 bakers), including :
- Managing, organizing, and leading the bakery team independently
- Overseeing all stages of production in accordance with technical specifications
- Monitoring product quality, sizes, and weights
- Ensuring proper handling, preparation, finishing, and baking of all products
- Aligning purchase volumes with production needs
- Planning production flow and restocking to ensure the right product is available at the right time
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene rules and product expiration dates
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the preparation area, fermentation chambers, refrigeration, tools, and shared spaces
- Handling scheduling and administrative tasks such as verifying and logging deliveries and invoices
- Enforcing company policies and internal regulations
- Executing any additional tasks assigned by management within your scope
- Reporting operational issues to management when necessary
Le profil recherché
This Role is For You If You...
- Are a natural leader with excellent organizational skills
- Hold at least a CAP (or equivalent) in baking
- Have significant experience in a similar role
- Enjoy managing and mentoring a team
- Are adaptable, results-oriented, and proactive
- Speak professional English - Vietnamese is a strong plus

- Status : Executive (fixed working days contract)
- Salary : €3,000 gross/month
- Work hours : Flexible schedule based on activity
- Paid leave : 4 weeks per year
