Maison Eric Kayser is a pioneer in modern bakery and a trendsetter in the world of bakery.
Since 1996, the brand has built a strong reputation for the quality of its products, artisanal breads, and refined pastries. Today, we proudly operate over 30 boutiques in Paris and more than 300 worldwide.
To support our continued growth and excellence, we are looking for our new Head Pastry Chef, who will also become an ambassador of the Maison Eric Kayser spirit.
About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced pastry chef ready for a new challenge in Vietnam?
We're looking for someone with :
- 5 years' experience as a Head Pastry Chef
- Minimum 3 years as a Pastry Chef
- Strong technical pastry skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- A collaborative, positive mindset - someone who is both rigorous and approachable
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Management : Oversee all aspects of pastry production in our lab, ensuring efficiency, quality, and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Product Development : Design and prepare creative, elegant pastries that reflect the Maison's values and appeal to a wide international clientele.
- Team Leadership : Manage and motivate a team of 3 pastry chefs. Ensure team performance, consistency, and adherence to product specifications.

- Contract : Local Vietnamese employment contract
- Salary : €2,300 - €3,000 gross/month (depending on experience)
