Les missions du poste

As a Sales administration Intern, you will assist our Corporate sales team in managing client accounts, processing multi-recipient orders, and ensuring smooth internal coordination between the sales and supply chain teams. You will BE trained on our tools and work processes to help deliver an excellent client experience.

Join our New York team and support the Corporate Sales department in the operational and administrative management of B2B orders and client relationships.

Missions :

1. Master our Sales Tools & Product Knowledge

* CRM : create and manage client profiles (companies & contacts), track opportunities, and keep the database up to date.

* Internal ERP : verify inventory, create quotes and invoices, process multi-address orders.

* Assist in maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in our internal system.

2. Support Client Order Management

* Respond to incoming B2B inquiries (calls, web leads), provide first-line answers, and refer to the appropriate team member after review with the Corporate Sales Manager.

* Support preparation accurate quotes and multi-recipient orders using established processes and templates.

* Ensure order components are complete and accurate before processing.

3. Assist with Invoicing & Client Follow-up

* Support recurring client accounts : prepare regular shipments and related documentation.

* Help generate and send invoices; confirm shipments where needed.

* Manage part of the dunning process : send polite payment reminders to clients with overdue invoices, based on weekly reports.

Le profil recherché

* Business, Administration, or Sales student (Bachelor/Master level)
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable with numbers and administrative tasks
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
* Previous experience with Salesforce or ERP tools is a plus, but not required

Duration : 6 months or more from September 1st

Location : Based in New York City - Long Island city

Compensation : Paid internship - $1800
