We are structured into several Business Units, each made up of expert recruitment consultants.

About the role:

As Head of Accounting, Consolidation & Tax, you are responsible for the accuracy of the company's financial statements, compliance with legal and tax obligations, and the efficiency of accounting processes. You will lead the accounting team and manage financial closings in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key responsabilities :

Supervision of General & Auxiliary Accounting:

- Manage, organize, and develop the central accounting team
- Oversee the sales administration team and support their upskilling
- Supervise local accounting firms for international entities
- Ensure the quality and reliability of accounting records: entries, bank reconciliations, cut-offs, provisions, etc.
- Produce statutory financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) within deadlines
- Supervise tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, CVAE, etc.) and ensure tax compliance

Closings & Financial Reporting:

- Lead the monthly closing process in collaboration with FP&A and other departments
- Actively contribute to the financial reporting for management and investors
- Prepare tax packages and liaise with external auditors

Consolidation:

- Prepare consolidation data when multiple legal entities are involved
- Ensure the consistency of intercompany transactions
- Support the CFO in evolving consolidation tools and processes

Internal Controls & Continuous Improvement:

- Design and implement effective accounting procedures
- Ensure a robust internal control framework (procure-to-pay, fixed assets, cash, etc.)
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline accounting processes
- Enhance financial tools and reporting processes, especially around automation, invoicing, management fees, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Oversee tax structuring topics, ensure tax compliance, and build long-term tax planning
- Actively contribute to M&A operations, especially in post-deal integration, carve-outs, pro forma accounting, and due diligence support
- Ensure high-quality financial relations with external partners (banks, lenders, investors) through robust reporting and accurate figures

You're a great fit for our team because:

- 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier audit firm, ideally complemented by 0-2 years in a finance leadership role within a high-growth or international scale-up environment
- Strong technical expertise in accounting and consolidation
- Comfortable with topics related to financial risk management, cash management, and financing activities
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset across functions
- Proven leadership, ability to motivate teams and lead by example
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all levels (operational teams, executives, external stakeholders)
- Results-driven, reliable, and execution-oriented
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to a dynamic environment
- Team player with a hands-on approach and high level of accountability

- Case debrief with Célia - 1 hour
