The Site Subcontracts administrator shall join our client Site Management Team at the construction site, in Normandy project site, during the construction works, until completion of the construction works.
Objectifs et livrables
Contractual and commercial management of construction subcontracts - contract to BE managed to BE defined once at site with Site subcontract Manager : Mechanical works (Piping installation, Steel Structure erection, Equipment installation, Piping & Equipment insulation, painting), Electrical & Instrumentation works
Filing of all correspondence and weekly meetings with each subcontractor,
Evaluation and register of all changes/extra work orders on site,
Weekly Progress measurement and approval of monthly progress Payment,
Cost reporting for site related cost,
Quantity tracking,
Subcontract closeout including as built quantities.
