The role & the team
Position based in Paris, involving frequent travel.
We are looking for a Partner Sales Team Leader (Resellers) to join our Reseller Partnerships team and manage the growing team of Partner Account Managers. The team is part of the Sales department and aims to Select, Recruit, Onboard, Train and Lead our integrators & resellers business transformation to develop our Large SMEs market @ Pennylane; and impact MRR (through Resell & Cosell).
While currently, we are proud to have around 50 integrators engaged @ Pennylane Integrators Program, we aim at securing more Channel / Resell Partners being Integrators as well as Certified Public Accountants (Cabinet d'expertise Comptables) able to develop PL Financial solution Integration expertise.
As the Team Leader of the Partner Account Manager team, you will BE responsible for managing and growing our business impact with our existing Partners within our Large SME ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Connectivity, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to drive joint business goals, identify & influence Large SME GO to market and Product enhancements, raise partner satisfaction level, and accelerate Pennylane revenue growth through these tight relationships.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our reseller partners are aligned with our strategic objectives and fully equipped on Pennylane GO To Market and offerings to deliver value to our prospects and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in managing Channel Sales, Resellers & Partner management within a SaaS platform Vendor. Being experienced (ideally) in Business management System reselling and Sales management and a sound knowledge of PME / Large SMEs market and Financial Solutions market in France.
Key responsibilities-Recruit, build, nurture and manage (together with his PAM Team) a portfolio of Integrators/Resellers partners.-Act as their Executive primary point of contact at Pennylane and advocate for Integrators / Resellers needs within Pennylane.-Develop and execute (together with his PAM Team) joint business & Marketing plans with Integrators / resellers partners to achieve mutual goals.-Identify new opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth.-Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, marketing...)-Monitor business growth and ensure progress through regular executive pipeline & business meetings and all required Partner governance.-Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure goals are met while providing regular reports on partner stage, pipeline, and revenue contributions.-Shape and enhance our Integrator Partner Program with the goal of maximizing Large SMEs recurring Revenue through adequate strategic partnerships.-Analyse your performance, learn from other team members and share your techniques to increase the team's performance.-Enhance & Present Pennylane integrator programme opportunity to select & develop business opportunity attached ;-Contract with the reseller and prepare for the launch of the partnership.-Once the partnership has been signed, support the reseller over time to train their teams on Pennylane and secure the success of their first project ;-Co-construct Pennylane's Indirect development strategy in close collaboration with partners and internal teams (Product & services) ;-Regularly meet the partner teams to communicate (events, monthly meetings, visits to partners, etc.) on Pennylane news & updates ;-Coordinate internal teams (product, sales, marketing, ops, support, etc.) to ensure that the service delivered meets integrators' expectations ;-Set up & execute sales campaigns with our selected partners-Help to put in place the right processes and channel tools to ensure the healthy scaling of Pennylane's integrator business.

Your Profile :-You have at least 6 years' experience in indirect selling team management (ideally in the world of accounting-tech/fin-tech managing integrator partners, from setting up the partnership to managing an active and dynamic network).-You like the sales relationship and spending time with your partners/customers, from lunches, to trade fairs and travelling in the field to meet partners and customers.-You love being together in the field with your partners to secure & close Recurring Revenue ;-You're creative and don't give up when IT comes to achieving your goals within your sphere of action.-You know how to work in a fast-moving, challenging environment, -You're keen to learn and progress in your sales management role, and you're willing to put forward suggestions to solve any problems you might face ;-You have a strong ability to collaborate with other teams on a day-to-day basis, and you remain flexible-You have knowledge of the accounting-tech/fin-tech ecosystem-You have a level of English that enables you to communicate professionally within the company and to make presentations.
