Les missions du poste
They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will :
- Lead proactive headhunting and sourcing of top talent for business, sales, tech, and strategy roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Europe
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs deeply
- Manage candidate experience and support onboarding
- Structured and focused on delivering measurable hiring results
- Communicate fluently in English within an international and fast-paced environment
Le profil recherché
The ideal candidate has :
- +3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong emphasis on headhunting and proactive sourcing
- Excellent communication and pitching skills in English
- High velocity, humility, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Good intuition and judgment when evaluating candidates
- Experience working in multicultural teams and fast-growth companies
- A mindset focused on quality
