As a Project Manager reporting to the Project & Planning Manager, you will BE a vital member of our Brand Creation team, overseeing end-to-end project planning and execution of impactful initiatives. You'll manage diverse projects, from creating compelling emails and landing pages for new product launches to leading website improvement efforts, all while ensuring smooth coordination across design, development, and copywriting teams. Here are the responsibilities :
- Act as a leading coordinator, organizer, and facilitator to help the Brand Creation teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Take charge of major project management, maintaining ongoing communication with requesters and stakeholders (brand managers, product managers, tech teams, etc.).
- Co-manage the overall planning and contribute to the proper allocation of resources, negotiating deadlines when needed.
- Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and actionable, providing all necessary context and information to support creative and technical teams.
- Help creative and strategic teams focus on their core work by removing blockers and clarifying priorities.
- Contribute to content integration tasks when required, supporting the delivery of digital communications.
- Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with applicable internal standards, policies, and approval processes.
- Foster open, effective communication within the team, helping to align efforts, share knowledge, and maintain a collaborative spirit.
- Identify and recommend process or organizational improvements to enhance team effectiveness and delivery.
Le profil recherché
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role, corporate or agency side.
- Doer at the core, pragmatic thinker with an open, diplomatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to facilitate the work of others and support both creative and technical teams.
- Strong adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Previous experience in marketing, fintech, or retail finance is a plus.
- High-energy and team-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Able to take on a significant workload when needed while bringing fresh ideas and solutions.
- Fluent in French and Professional level in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level education.
- Familiarity with project management, CMS and emails builder tools - e.g. Jira and Confluence, Stripo, Drupal and Smartling or even MS Dynamics is a plus.
