Mission

Lead the definition, implementation, and validation of solutions of HPV manufacturing processes and equipment. Provide technical support to global plants for equipment deployment, upgrades, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Innovation and Process Optimization
- Develop and implement cost-effective, high-performance manufacturing solutions.
- Identify and deploy technical innovations that enhance productivity and product quality.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with Machinery and Purchasing department on make-or-buy analyses.
- Evaluate and audit equipment suppliers.

Support to Global Manufacturing Sites
- Assist plants with capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and process troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on support during ramp-up and industrialization phases.
- Ensure process robustness and alignment with safety and quality expectations.

Training & Process Standards
- Define and standardize key manufacturing processes and operating procedures.
- Organize and deliver technical training for operators, engineers, and support teams.
- Develop training materials and process documentation for global rollout.
- Act as a reference for best practices in composite vessel manufacturing.

Equipment Specification and Deployment
- Gather requirements and define specifications for new composite processing equipment.
- Oversee supplier selection and participate in technical evaluations.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at production sites.
- Incorporate lessons learned and safety best practices into specifications.
- Contribute to CAPEX planning and provide budget input investment roadmaps.

Profile

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in composite manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience with PLC is a plus
- Experience with robotics is a plus
- MUST BE fluent in English

Technical Skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with equipment design and troubleshooting.
- CAD or mechanical design knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python and Power BI is a plus.

Soft Skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Clear and effective communicator in written and spoken English and French.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and proactive team player.

Mobility
- Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs and plant support requirements.
