YOUR ROLE :

Support the CFO and management in transforming the ship management network by enhancing processes, tools, and governance, while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and digitalization within a fast-growing operational context

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- - Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
- Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
- Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will BE reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
- Contribute to transverse projects (continuous improvement, simplification,)
- Contribute in supporting the CFO, in the transformation /evolution of organization, processes, tools of The Group Ship management network to support the business in a context of accelerated growth of the owned fleet
- Contribute to support Management and business in decision making process, oow which, financial modelling (Business Plan...)
- Contribute to support the development of the network of manning agencies along with the CFO and Finance manager of CMA Ships Singapore
- Contribute to Internal control framework, through implementation of Ship management core model, audit methodology design, internal and audit on site
- Contribute to reinforce the control framework over the 3rd party ship managers
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives within finance environment

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- - Master in Finance with technical accounting and finance background (at least 8 years relevant experience, ideally in Audit)
- Proficiency in computer and office tools
- Comfortable in English both oral and written
- Team Management capability
- Project management capability
- Analytics and synthesis capabilities
- Continuous improvement and risk approach mindset
- Change management mindset
- Good interpersonal skills in an international and intercultural environment
