Lead Master Planner (H/F)

Missions
- Act as part of the Site team, placed under the overall responsibility of the Chief Resident Engineer (CRE)
- Report to the Chief Resident Engineer
- Proactively coordinate with all of the Consultant's team members in the execution of activities
- BE responsible for all activities and deliverables concerning the Programme of Works as required in the Consultant's contract
- Use all required tools & specialised software, in particular Primavera P6
- Lead the Consultant's scheduling team for controlling progress of engineering, procurement, construction, erection and commissioning activities under the Consultant's scope
- Develop and update the Overall Implementation Programme (OIP)
- Review and comment on monthly progress reports issued by Contractors and identify critical sections
- Prepare the scheduling part of the Monthly Progress Report
- Assist in verifying the Bill of Principal Quantities of Permanent Works submitted by Contractors
- Assist in claim verification
- Support risk analysis and assessment
- Analyse current progress and forecast Contractor's costs
- Provide training to Employer's seconded personnel in planning
Le profil recherché
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years of overall experience
- Experience in large and complex international construction projects involving major civil works and multiple Contractors
- Significant experience in Hydropower works
- Proficient in Monte Carlo analysis
- Excellent communication and reporting skills : reports, presentations, Excel spreadsheets, graphs
- Strong interpersonal skills for team coordination and mentoring junior planning engineers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fast learner
- Expert in Primavera P6
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- Russian language is a plus
