Location : To maintain close proximity to the Trust & Ethics community, the position is located in Suresnes - France, where most managers and employees are based.
MAIN MISSIONS
Reporting directly to the Global People Development and T&E HR Director based in Suresnes (France), this unique position offers the opportunity to work across two key pillars : HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities and strategic HR projects.
HR Business Partner Scope (70%)
As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and delivering impactful solutions to support the success of the Trust & Ethics Division, which includes Legal, Communication & Public Affairs, Quality & Environment, Risk, and Security.
Your mission is to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees while implementing Group HR strategies tailored to the organizational objectives. The focus will BE on aligning people practices with the business needs, fostering development, and creating a dynamic workforce environment.
HRBP Responsibilities :
- Partner with leaders to execute Group HR strategies and adapt them to local needs.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to propose HR solutions, design organization structures, and implement relevant development initiatives.
- Lead talent management strategies for your scope, especially by deploying the Talents@Bel Initiative, which includes the Growth Conversation, Talent & Succession, Impact & Reward, and more.
- Provide operational HR support for managers and employees, including managing individual relations, monitoring budgets, conducting engagement initiatives such as Your Voice, and driving DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
HR Projects Scope (30%)
Beyond your HRBP responsibilities, you will act as a key contributor to strategic HR projects that require a blend of HR expertise, strong methodology, and a deep understanding of business challenges.
HR Project Responsibilities :
- BE actively involved in the design, development, and implementation of HR programs or initiatives in alignment with the Group's long-term strategy.
- Manage projects that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to enhancing overall employee experience and performance.
Through this dual responsibility, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of HR initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment and to work closely with the HR Leadership Team.
Qualifications and Experience
- HRBP Knowledge : Strong ability to deliver impactful solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
- Business Acumen : Deep understanding of business dynamics and HR challenges, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at both local and global levels.
- Strategic Vision with a Growth Mindset : Capable of identifying risks as well as opportunities, you proactively design optimized action plans that address organizational needs. Your forward-thinking approach enables you to uncover untapped possibilities and transform them into innovative, value-driven initiatives.
- Agility and Adaptability : Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments by anticipating challenges and adjusting strategies quickly. Skilled at balancing varied stakeholder needs while maintaining focus on delivering successful outcomes.
