We are offering you the opportunity to join our French subsidiary in Paris for an internship as :
Brand Activation Assistant - Stage (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support agency coordination : Manage day-to-day communication with PR, community and production agencies, as well as external partners.
- Media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) list management : Build, update and maintain press and KOL databases.
- Stock management : Oversee product sample inventory, place orders and ensure proper logistics.
- Event support : Assist with the planning and operational execution of regular events, including guest list management and supplier coordination.
- Performance reporting : Compile and track performance reports on PR, KOL engagement and brand activations.
- Trend research : Monitor cultural, fashion and digital trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Special project support : Ensure smooth logistical coordination across internal and external teams.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (4th/5th year) in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Previous internship experience in PR, KOL marketing, events or brand activation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in French & English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Being comfortable with Pack Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Drive
- Passionate about culture, community building, storytelling, and branding.
