Then join us now as Compliance Business Apprentice (f/m/d) in Paris within the Global Investment Advisory Compliance (IAC) team, for up to one year.

The Global Investment Advisory Compliance (IAC) team is responsible for implementing and executing a Global compliance program (advisory, training, monitoring, and reporting) for the company's investment related activities (e.g. research, portfolio management, trading, pricing) in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

The IAC team works in close collaboration on harmonizing policies, training, monitoring, and resolving cross-border issues related to the company's investment activities in traditional assets (equities, fixed income, derivatives, fx, multi asset).

The IAC team forms a key part of the Global Compliance function, working with Legal, Risk and other support function colleagues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client needs and industry standards

What you will do
- Support the team's dedicated business analyst on identifying, designing, developing, and coordinating the implementation of digital solutions to address the team's needs including :

a) Integrating automation and machine learning into our compliance monitoring

b) Implementing a case management solution for requests for compliance advice, monitoring status, and project participation and progress

c) Maintaining and enhancing our data driven compliance tool in Python

d) Automating management reporting using PowerBI

f) Helping identifying team needs in term of data, collaborating with AGI Data & IT Specialists team

What you bring
- Enrolled in engineering school, business school or university program, having a major in Data Science/Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytic or related subjects, with a specialization in financial products and markets, preferably with classes or experience in asset management
- English fluent
- Coding skills (Python skills are mandatory for the position)
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Knowledge of DEVOPS tools such as GitHub is a plus
- Knowledge of DataBricks is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- AI and Machine Learning
- Data Analytics
