Les missions du poste
YOUR ROLE :
Reporting to the Group VP of Corporate Functions, you will play a key role in coordinating HR campaigns, monitoring and analyzing HR strategy topics, preparing Talent Committees, and supporting organizational evolutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Coordination of HR Campaigns for Support Functions
- Lead and manage annual HR campaigns (interviews, performance reviews, people reviews, etc.)
- Ensure consistency of processes and adapt them to the specific challenges of support functions
- Analyze results and propose corrective action plans
HR Monitoring and Planning as Strategic Decision-Making Support
- Monitor HR indicators
- Analyze performance, skills, and training
- Assess employee satisfaction and engagement
Preparation and Facilitation of Group Talent Committees
- Prepare materials and analyses for Group-level Talent Committees (talent mapping, succession planning, identification of high potentials)
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of HR data across different entities
- Provide recommendations on talent development and cross-divisional internal mobility policies
- Ensure follow-up on action plans arising from Talent Committee
Support for Organizational Changes
- Support teams and managers in change management during organizational evolutions
- Contribute to the definition of new organizational charts and manage HR impacts (mobility, redeployments, social support, communication)
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and best practices in workforce and skills management
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Graduate from a business school, Institute of Political Studies (IEP), or university, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources, Organization, or Corporate Strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong project management component, ideally in a corporate environment or a scale-up or a consulting firm
- Proven experience in talent development and organizational design
- Exposure to international and complex environments is a strong asset
- Excellent command of annual HR processes : interviews, performance reviews, people reviews, talent management
- Comfortable with HR data analysis (reporting, KPIs, dashboards)
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and data-driven approach
- Strong synthesis skills and ability to make impactful organizational recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
