WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reviewing and challenging our current UA backend architecture and data flow
- Helping design scalable and reliable systems for user acquisition use cases (bidding, tracking, attribution, segmentation, etc.)
- Recommending and benchmarking technologies capable of handling high UA volumes
- Collaborating with various engineering teams to drive changes aligned with performance and scalability goals
- Supporting decision-making around infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations
- Advising on system adjustments to meet UA performance, latency, and reliability needs

WHO YOU ARE

You will BE a good fit to join the team if you have :
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining backend architecture for user acquisition - either in mobile, gaming, adtech, or martech environments
- A deep understanding of large-scale data pipelines, streaming systems, or bidding infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of working with attribution providers, event ingestion, and real-time segmentation tools
- A strategic and hands-on mindset : you're comfortable switching between high-level system design and diving into architecture diagrams or API specs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple tech stakeholders toward shared objectives
- Experience influencing technical decisions across distributed teams and complex systems
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.

OUR PROCESS

What to expect as you move through our hiring process :
- HR call with Maxime, Talent Acquisition Lead,
- Technical interview with two Senior Backend Engineers,
- Team fit interview with Aldenis, VP Engineering and Nicolas, Engineering Manager,
- Final interview with Cédric, Chief Technical Officer and Loïc, Chief Product Officer.
