Résumé du poste

Sous les directives du Directeur Technique et/ou de son adjoint, dans le cadre des standards et procédures Marriott et des règles internes de l'hôtel, le Technicien de maintenance participe à la maintenance de l'ensemble des installations techniques de l'hôtel.

Il aura pour missions principalesde :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

· Maintenir l'ensemble des installations techniques de l'hôtel en conformité avec la législation et les procédures en vigueur,
· Effectuer des rondes d'inspections des locaux,
· Effectuer les entretiens préventifs et curatifs du bâtiment et des installations,
· Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,
· Régler les litiges et problèmes éventuels, les reporter à ses supérieurs de façon à satisfaire les clients et les fidéliser,
· Assister les clients dans leurs demandes,
· Respecter les procédures, les standards et les valeurs Marriott.
