About the role
The Innovation & Learning Project Manager will BE responsible for analysing, recommending, and managing the delivery of learning and development solutions/plan to support Allianz Trade strategy and align the solutions with business needs. The Innovation & Learning Project Manager will match business objectives with the targets of learning items and help detailing / modifying them. They will work with HR Business Partners to translate business intent into engaging learning and report on learning effectiveness.
In addition, as Key Account Manager', he/she will BE in charge of a specific population to deliver and follow the training plan in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Key responsibilities
The Innovation & Learning Project Manager key responsibilities will BE to :
- Identify learning needs in his/her perimeter of responsibilities and match business needs and targets with learning
& development solutions and in coherence with the budget perspectives.
- Drive local, regional and/or global learning & development initiatives, including strategic planning, forecasting, and end-to-end program management
- Assist with the management, design and implementation of roll out plans in line with the Business, HR strategy and AllianzU global priorities :
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Learning architecture & may design and develop learning solutions, as needed
- Prepare and manage with wider team and purchase department the call- tenders, as needed
- Roll-out the plan with the support of HR Operations (may include facilitation of learning programs)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning & development programs, demonstrating an impact for implemented programs
- Ensure that we deliver a great employee experience through innovative & best-in-class solutions.
- Work with the wider team to enable a cohesive delivery of learning & development initiatives across the regions, the business; participate in global and regional projects or initiatives as assigned.
- Participate and lead some transverse activities regarding local priorities (training law, professional interview, Workforce job and resources planning, etc.)
Key experiences and skills required
- Minimum of 5 years corporate learning & development experience
- Working experience in all areas of Learning (e.g. technology, instruction, methods, measurement) and project management
- Human Resources, Business, or related university undergraduate degree
- Experience & knowledge of French Labour law
- Working knowledge of learning strategies, adult learning principles, practices and the tools / approaches, latest trends
- Working knowledge of project and change management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English language
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. HR BP's, Business Leaders, & Workers Council and influence outcomes to drive the learning priorities
- Strong business acumen to ensure that development initiatives are practical and can drive real business value
- Excellent customer service skills
