- Lead efforts in developing responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
- Participate in client interviews and presentations
- Develop and review cost proposals
- Oversee execution of active projects
- Facilitate weekly internal staff meetings
- Track and report project progress
- Coordinate with billing and finance teams
- Maintain and enhance internal procedures
- Direct the designer selection process and negotiate contracts
- Conduct contractor due diligence and bid evaluations
- Engage with public and regulatory agencies

- 8-10 years of experience in Owner's Project Management or a related field
- Certified Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO)
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Extensive knowledge of public procurement procedures
- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
