We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Analyst/ Specialist to support our development, particularly within the context numerous inspirational projects toward the digitalization of our financial processes. Role responsibilities :

As part of a team of 10, you will play a key role in driving accounting and finance initiatives, particularly around digital transformation and customer accounting support.

Your main responsibilities will include :
- Leading ad hoc projects, such as system migrations and the implementation of new tools and financial processes.
- Overseeing fixed asset and lease accounting, managing accounts receivable follow-up and dunning, and supporting various local and US GAAP compliance topics.
- Performing closing entries and preparing documentation in line with internal control standards.
- Supporting Management Control teams at both the national and international levels.
- Contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of accounting processes and enhancing customer accounting support across the group.

Requirements :
- Degree in International Finance, Accounting or equivalent (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac +5 level.
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multisite group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus.
- Strong appetite for financial technological projects lead and delivery.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools.
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
- Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method.
- Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
