Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting

Based in Massy and operating across several locations in France, Antech Diagnostics France offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, helping ensure high-quality care for companion animals. In partnership with global leaders, we bring veterinarians the most advanced technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to support our development, particularly in the creation of a new Shared Services Centre. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape the financial and operational processes of our fast-growing organization.

Role responsibilities :
- Preparing statutory financial statements and group reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) under French GAAP and US GAAP.
- Supervising the accounting team and fostering best practices and cross functional versatility.
- Managing balance sheet accounts, accounts receivable/payable, and fixed asset/lease accounting.
- Executing closing entries and maintaining internal control documentation.
- Integrating newly acquired entities into finance processes.
- Collaborating with national and international management control teams.
- Leading ad hoc projects such as system migrations and process implementations.

Requirements :
- Degree in International Accounting or equivalent (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac +5 level.
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multi-site group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law.
- Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools.
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
- Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method.
- Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Team spirit, dynamism and excellent communication skills.
