Digital services have been an essential component of the Airline Services business, which has seen their activities and revenues grow markedly in the last few years.
We build bespoke and custom eCommerce products and touchpoints powered by the Amadeus Digital products and platform.
We thrive on delighting our customers, helping them gain the most considerable value from the Airline Solutions, and building trusting and lasting relationships with them.
Our current short and long-term objectives are to grow our customer base in the Digital Services area and beyond, add to our Services portfolio, and make sure we do that in a sustainable manner for our people and our company.
Purpose
The Services Hub in Nice plays a significant role in powering the 3 Airline Services Engineering Regions and its transversal group.
We build custom products and solutions for several customers : Aegean, Norwegian, Qantas, JAL, ITA Airways, LHG, MilesAndMore as well as through the Amadeus Customization Services offering, which serves upwards of 50 customers. We also contribute to various transversal activities, bringing value to the entire group (Migration to the Cloud, DEVOPS, Security, etc.).

We're looking for the next Manager to join the ranks of the Airline Services Hub in Nice, to take on the mission of helping its teams and people succeed and grow.
The manager will lead the NCE-based EMEA Digital Services teams.
Your Main Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, within your team and the department.
- Manage your team through the agile principles, extending them whenever possible to include the customers.
- Create, improve, and simplify processes within the team and the department.
- Allow your team members to experiment, take risks, and try novel solutions in a safe environment.
- You will work with your peers and myself, contributing to the department's strategies, in their definition and execution, in the following areas :
- Its people : recruiting, onboarding, training and skilling
- Its organization and process : always seeking to achieve efficiency through lean and agile practices
- Its ecosystem of partners : leveraging them for smart and sustainable growth.

- You possess 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering in technical or functional roles.
