Manager : endosse la responsabilité de l'encadrement d'une équipe ou d'un ou plusieurs sites spécifiques au sein de l'entreprise. Les équipes peuvent comprendre des prestataires externes et toutes les catégories de salariés : opérationnel, administratif, mécanique/électricité, supervision, secrétariat, professional, conseiller et management adjoint. Les responsabilités d'encadrement couvrent les mesures disciplinaires, licenciement compris.
