YOUR MISSIONS :
In this context, we are offering you the opportunity to join Group SEB Belgium as E-store Manager D2C Online. You will BE the third member of a dynamic team consisting of Charlotte (your manager) DTC Lead since the launch of the project and Camille, formerly in this V.I.E position.
As E-store Manager, you will BE entirely responsible for one or more brand.com sites, which you will manage from A to Z.
- You will take the lead in activating the D2C Smart Offer' for the brand.com sites (prices, products, promotional activities, etc.), in collaboration with local marketing, in order to increase traffic and conversion and achieve the objectives set internally.
- You will define, coordinate with local teams (particularly digital marketing) and implement the sales activation plan on the D2C site(s).
- Propose the right products for the chosen period or commercial theme
- Support national activations defined by local marketing
- Develop communication tools with our agencies (landing pages, visuals, promotional codes, etc.)
- Request corresponding stocks
- Communicate with the digital marketing team to relay promotions via CRM or social.
- You will manage and optimise the product catalogue on a daily basis : update the file, adapt prices, align prices, optimise product sheets (bullet points, videos, photos, etc.), view stocks, activate or deactivate products, etc.
- You will define supply forecasts for D2C products, which will BE consolidated at regional level by the Europe supply chain department.
- You will analyse the results of the site(s) you manage on a regular basis, as well as those of the various promotions you run (conversion rates, margins, sales, etc.). You will draw conclusions to improve or redirect your strategy, always with a view to conversion and customer satisfaction.
As part of this VIE, you will BE working with a number of departments, both locally and internationally (EMEA teams based at head office, DTC colleagues in other European countries, local marketing, sales team, consumer service, etc.).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :
If you have previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, that's already a good start !
If you have an analytical mind and a flair for business, that's even better.
