We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team of the Ceva's Global External Manufacturing (GEM) campus. In this role, you will BE responsible for supporting the efficient end-to-end flow (from our External Manufacturers to our customers) of goods in your scope, ensuring optimal inventory levels, coordinating supply and demand planning.
Key Responsibilities :
· Develop, manage supply plans (Purchase Orders or Work Orders portfolio) based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production schedules of our External manufacturers.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
· Collaborate with all Ceva Departments and External Manufacturers/Suppliers to align supply chain activities with changes in the life cycle of products.
· Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
· Follows supply performance of our External Manufactures (KPIs : OTD/OFLT, capacities, supply plans of critical components...)
· Manage supplier relationships with the collaboration and support of the Key Account Manager (Buyer) and ensure timely delivery of products.
· Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
· Support the implementation of supply chain systems and process improvements.
Join the GEM (Global External Manufacturing) team, which is made up of approximately thirty people, two-thirds of whom are based in France and the other third in the United States. We manage a portfolio of external manufacturers located in approximately twenty countries around the world. GEM is a collaborative, multicultural, and value-driven team.

Your
profile :
· Bac +4/+5 in Supply Chain Management.
· 2+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Kinaxis/Maestro, JDEdwards, Excel, PowerBI).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Languages : French + English

Formations et compétences :
· Bac +4/+5 Spécialité Supply Chain Management.
· Plus de 2 ans d'expériences en planification des approvisionnements, en gestion des stocks ou dans un rôle similaire.
· Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
· Maîtrise des logiciels Supply Chain (p. ex., Kinaxis/Maestro, JDEdwards, Excel, PowerBI).
· Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
· Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
· Langues : Français et Anglais

Ceva recherche son/sa Supply Chain Planner H/F, pour un poste en CDI, à pourvoir immédiatement, basé à Libourne, à 30 minutes de Bordeaux (33).
Nous recherchons un Supply Planner rigoureux et proactif pour rejoindre notre équipe Supply Chain du campus Ceva Global Externbal Manufacturing (GEM).
À ce poste, vous serez responsable de l'efficacité Supply Chain de flux produits End-to-End (de nos fabricants externes jusqu'à nos clients) de votre périmètre, en garantissant des niveaux de stocks optimaux et en coordonnant l'adéquation entre les approvisionnements et la demande.
Principales missions :
- Élaborer et gérer les plans d'approvisionnement (portefeuille de bons de commande ou d'ordres de travail) en fonction des prévisions de la demande, des objectifs de stock et des calendriers de production de nos fabricants externes.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner les activités de réapprovisionnement afin d'éviter les ruptures de stock ou les surstocks.
- Collaborer avec tous les services de Ceva et les fabricants/fournisseurs externes afin d'aligner les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sur les évolutions du cycle de vie des produits.
- Analyser les données et les indicateurs clés de performance Supply Chain afin d'identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Suivre les performances d'approvisionnement de nos fabricants externes (indicateurs clés : OTD/OFLT, capacités, plans d'approvisionnement des composants critiques...)
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs avec la collaboration et le soutien du Key Account Manager (Acheteur) et garantir la livraison des produits dans les délais.
- Participer aux réunions S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) et contribuer à la planification stratégique.
- Soutenir la mise en oeuvre des systèmes et des améliorations des processus Supply Chain
