Les missions du poste
As Assistant to the Head of Digital Product, you will support the Lacoste.com Product team (website) in managing and optimizing digital products. You will BE involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, supporting the Head of Digital Products and Product Owners.
1. Support for the Organization of the Digital Factory
- Assist in the overall quarterly planning : preparing the business request collection campaign, consolidating and pre-qualifying requests.
- Contribute to the pre-scoping of business needs : challenging business teams to complete requests, regularly checking the backlog, participating in pre-scoping with tech leads, assisting with estimations.
- Help coordinate between technical, design, data, and marketing teams.
2. Support for Product Roadmap Management
- Maintain and monitor the Jira timeline to communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Assist Lacoste.com Product Owners in organizing their backlog and prioritizing tasks (Jira, Miro).
- Track delivery and help promote new features to internal teams.
- Contribute to competitive and technological watch.
- Gather user insights (A/B tests, Customer Voice) from the Data team and ensure prioritized actions are dispatched within the Digital Factory.
3. Communication & Documentation
- Help prepare presentation materials for internal stakeholders (new features, KPI reports, etc.).
- Support overall communication with various stakeholders.
Le profil recherché
- Education from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in digital, marketing, or project management
- Interest in digital, e-commerce, and technological products
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally in product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
