Les missions du poste
The MICHELIN Guide and Tablet Hotels are two brands in the Michelin Lifestyle ecosystem that together form our hotel reservations business. Our mission is to discover the world's most extraordinary hotels - places that offer more than just a room for the night, but unforgettable experiences. We've scoured the globe to assess establishments that meet our exacting standards, at all price points, to build a rigorous, inspired and proven selection.
Our ambition is to open the doors to exceptional places that travellers might not have found on their own - unique places that reflect the beauty and diversity of the world. We believe that travel brings people together from all walks of life, and our hotels provide an unforgettable backdrop to this encounter.
Based in New York and Paris, we operate in eight languages and currently recommend over 6,000 exceptional hotels in more than 100 countries. And for those who want to GO even further, our Plus membership gives access to VIP benefits and exclusive services at hundreds of our partner establishments.
Travel Specialist (Bilingual English)
The Customer Service team is responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the online travel industry. Representing the hotel booking business for MICHELIN Guide and Tablet Hotels, our Travel Specialists are responsible for creating a customer experience as exceptional as the brands they represent.
Our Travel Specialists turn new users into loyal customers, encourage existing customers to return regularly, quickly and effectively minimise problems (whatever their origin) through ingenuity and tenacity, and know how to anticipate and defuse conflicts.
As a Travel Specialist, you will assist customers of the MICHELIN Guide and Tablet Hotels brands with hotel bookings, recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, feedback and the Plus programme.
Our team uses several communication channels (telephone, e-mail and live chat) to interact with customers.
In addition to hotel support, you will also respond to restaurant enquiries from both customers and restaurant professionals (chefs and owners) for the MICHELIN Guide.
Maintaining an exceptional customer experience requires fast and accurate communication between customers, hotel partners and colleagues, as well as the ability to manage expectations in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to satisfy our customers' needs quickly and simply.
