Factory/Platform/Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh
Mission :
As the Quality and CSR Leader at Tape à l'Oeil, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our operations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Team Management : Lead and manage the Quality team (4 persons), setting clear priorities and developing an effective inspection plan/schedule.
- On-Site Support : Guide the team in their daily tasks while also conducting Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) independently, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Training and Development : Provide comprehensive training to factory personnel on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with a particular focus on Tape à l'Oeil's Global Product Compliance (GPC) standards. Develop and evaluate our Quality Ambassador program (GPQ) through all the factories and processes.
- Data Analysis : Analyze supplier performance data and deliver transparent, accurate information to the Country Manager.
- Risk Assessment : Conduct risk analyses for both products and suppliers, preparing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to enhance processes and ensure smooth production flows.
- Collaboration with Production : Work closely with production and development leaders to align quality criteria and pursue the main objectives of Tape à l'Oeil.
- Platform Monitoring : Oversee platform activities, managing daily operations to ensure compliance and challenging third-party assessments when necessary.
- Lab Responsibilities : Review third-party reports, make informed decisions, and update IT tools accordingly.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) : Monitor and follow up on certifications (GOTS, OCS, RSC, etc.), collect relevant data, and ensure traceability throughout the supply chain. Challenge and drive the suppliers to a more sustainable path.
- Compliance Assurance : Ensure that factories adhere to established standards by conducting random internal audits without prior notice.
- Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional projects within the Quality department, driving continuous improvement initiatives for Tape à l'Oeil.
Le profil recherché
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in quality management in the textile or apparel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and certifications related to CSR.
- Strong communication skills in English ; knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
