TAP INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR (W/M)

Merchant Services (MS) is one of the three Global Business Lines of Worldline. The goal of MS is to offer customers advanced payment solutions for both in-person and online transactions. To facilitate the deployment of their regulated business across Europe and beyond, the product division of MS has launched the TAP initiative (Target Acquiring Platform). Currently, TAP is gearing up to introduce its regulated services in Italy, Greece, the UK, and France.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- As part of the TAP organization, you will effectively manage large-scale projects, ensuring that deadlines are met
- To do this, you will collaborate with technical & business teams situated in various European countries
- You will BE expected to comprehend and critically assess business requirements while staying focused on the project's objectives for which you are accountable
- Additionally, you will identify potential risks and suggest alternative solutions
- You will also need to promote your projects with line managers, ensuring you get the right level of priority & capacity

Who Are We Looking For

- Master's degree required.
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and the banking sector.
- Strong self-organization and analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fea
- The ability to federate matrix teams in technological and complex environments
- Fluency in French and in English
