Opportunity :

As a UX/UI Apprentice, you will work closely with our expert UX Researcher/Consultant to help translate client needs and objectives into engaging and effective digital interfaces. This role is designed for someone eager to develop their skills in user-centered design and UX research, while actively participating in the enhancement of websites and digital products.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the UX Researcher in creating user interfaces, collaborating on product improvements, and assisting with website updates. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Assist the UX Researcher in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Support the design and development of user interfaces using Figma or similar design tools, ensuring they align with user-centered design principles.
- Help create and refine user personas, journey maps, and usage scenarios that inform the overall UX strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing digital products and improving user experience.
- Participate in usability testing and assist in analyzing findings to recommend design improvements.
- Contribute to website updates and enhancements, ensuring content and design are user-friendly and aligned with best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share insights to contribute to team knowledge and project success.

Who we are looking for :
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar applications is required.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential for the role.
- Strong interest in UX/UI design and a willingness to learn about UX research methods.
- Good understanding of web, app, and product design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Passion for creating effective digital experiences and improving user outcomes through design thinking.
- Openness to learning about user-centered design principles and common UX/UI patterns.
