Description :
As an Operations Supervisor, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment. You'll use your humility and hunger to successfully oversee the day-to-day activities of the plant. Being flexible will help you drive results, as we are always shaking and moving. This role will oversee our night shift at the Pikeville, KY Pop-Tart facility.

As part of our operations leadership team, you play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. Your decisions directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety. You'll navigate change, build trust, and secure buy-in. You are not only managing processes, but you will also manage people, production, quality and performance.

A Taste of What You'll BE Doing
- Production Line Support : Lead shift activities to achieve production goals, manage material changes, and meet schedules.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive progress using an owner's mindset and tools like 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
- Leadership & Support : Provide clear direction and demonstrate servant leadership while guiding and supporting your team of operators.
- Safety First : Prioritize People Safety and Food Safety, embodying a safety first attitude to ensure success.

We're Looking For Someone With
- High School diploma or GED
- Managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with leading and applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills with the proven ability to manage complex situations
- Collaborative work style, able to partner with leaders of other functional areas and business partners to drive overall performance

Compensation

The annual salary range is $66,600-$91,630, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
