To strengthen our strategic relationships with key clients and support our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager - Military Customers to join our European team.
Reporting to the European Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing European military customers relationships : Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promoting innovative solutions : Highlight our sustainable and advanced technologies to meet customer needs and anticipate market trends.
- Coordinating commercial offers : Draft, negotiate, and finalize tailored proposals, particularly for tenders.
- Overseeing client projects from A to Z : From initial contact to delivery, including payment management and after-sales support, while coordinating with internal teams (factories, sales admin, after-sales service).
- Organizing customers visits : Conduct regular visits to our production sites (Business Units) and support equipment commissioning to demonstrate our expertise and ensure satisfaction.
- Conducting strategic market intelligence : Monitor industry trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Driving commercial performance : Achieve revenue and profitability targets across your client portfolio.
Le profil recherché
You ideally have proven experience in direct sales and managing military clients, preferably in capital equipment industries such as ground support, agricultural, construction, or material handling equipment.
You are recognized for your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, autonomy, and ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Mobility & Flexibility : Frequent travel (approx. 50% of the time) is required.
