Kellanova is looking for our newest Maintenance SupervisorJoin us at ourMuncy, PAplant. This role operates 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule. In this role you'll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders across the plant floor to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives !

A Taste of What You'll BE Doing
- Drive Change-Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
- Strategize to Win-Directing, training and developing maintenance team members for assigned area/shift
- Drive Efficiency-Using problems solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
- Impact Results-Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals
- Take a New Angle-Identifying, implementing and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices

We're Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma or GED and related work experience
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or a similar planning software
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization

Compensation

The annual salary range is $72,560 - $95,235, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
