A dynamic Belgian SME with a subsidiary in the United States, specializes in the design and manufacturing of motorized suspended scaffolding, personnel hoists, and permanent access systems for façades and industrial sites. Our solutions are trusted worldwide for their reliability and technical excellence.
To support its growth, the company is looking for a :
Project Engineer (M/F)
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with the sales team, you will BE responsible for :
- Creating proposal drawings and/or technical files to support commercial offers.
- Designing new machines and structures based on customer specifications and applicable legislation.
- Producing technical and production drawings according to current standards and internal procedures.
- Performing mechanical calculations on your designs using SolidWorks 3D.
- Compiling complete production files within deadlines and initiating orders via the internal ERP system.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to ensure smooth progress on ongoing projects.
Le profil recherché
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Product Development, or Industrial Design, or equivalent through experience.
You have strong 3D design skills, ideally with SolidWorks.
You possess solid mechanical knowledge and ideally some experience in steel structure strength calculations.
You are precise, independent, and a team player.
You are fluent in Dutch or English (daily operations are conducted in both languages).
