Nom du poste à pourvoirO2C LEAD Description du posteAs part of the Global Finance Organisation, the European Finance Operations Team is established to manage transactional processing services across Europe within Sage, covering Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. This role will lead the Order to Cash team. This is a multifaceted role with accountability for driving the DSO strategy, supporting a positive customer journey and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting transactions around and the general compliance environment around these processes. This is an exciting role for those who are looking to drive a Finance team of the future with a view to automating processes where possible and delivering value add services to customers and key stakeholders. The candidate should have strong financial and compliance skills but, also a proven history of driving change and continuous improvement. They will BE experienced in managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation with established team leadership and management skills. The candidate must BE bi-lingual in French and English.

This is a hybrid role 3 days per week from our Paris office. Responsabilités principalesSummary of Role

As an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, you will BE responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls within the O2C function. You will manage a team that combines both human and robotic members, fostering a culture of service excellence, continuous learning, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in streamlining finance operations, driving automation, and enhancing overall business performance.

What I Will BE Doing

You will oversee balance sheet accuracy, regulatory reporting, and internal audits while ensuring compliance with banking and payment regulations. Your role will involve leading process improvements, integrating automation, and optimizing O2C operations to enhance efficiency and quality. You'll work closely with finance and business teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage cash flow, and align O2C processes with company goals. Engaging with global O2C leaders, you will standardise best practices, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support business growth while managing financial risk.
