Migration d'une solution de file transfer vers un éditeur (StoneBranch)

CONTEXT :
International context - English Environment
Located in the ENJOY building in Paris (2 days/week, 3 days remote).

PM SERVICE - the service will BE :
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing a detailed project plan to BE shared with clients and other staff members
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measuring project performance to analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Performing risk management to minimize potential risks
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis
- Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and comprehensive documentation as needed
- Implementing adequate governance with all stakeholders

REQUIRED EXPERTISE :
- Expertise on security and regulatory projects in a complex environment.
- Expertise in communicating with the various stakeholders and governance
- Expertise in organization : complex schedules to managing and formulating a synthetic view with strict control of milestones.
- Coordinating of operational teams (worldwide).
- Expertise in preparation and coordination of production operations
- Technical culture to conducting architecture workshops on IT infrastructure issues (network, servers...).
- English environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
