About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in understanding our business performance, identifying key trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work with the senior leadership team and report directly to Thomas Domenjoz, the Business and Operations leader. This is an excellent opportunity to shape strategic decisions that impact millions of users and to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while helping more people enjoy the wonders of the outdoors.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting & Performance Tracking : Design and automate reports on business performance to communicate key findings to stakeholders across the organization. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting, enabling the leadership team to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Data Consolidation & Alignment : Collect, consolidate, and align data from various sources (e.g. dashboards, third-party platforms) to create a unified and reliable data picture. Address data discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Work closely with data users across the organization to standardize data definitions and improve data accessibility. Communicate data insights and updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Support : Dive deep into our data to identify key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that will directly inform strategic decision-making. This will involve working with various data sources and tools and supporting the development of strategic recommendations. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across the organisation to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and contribute to the overall analytical strategy. Effective communication will BE essential to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your analysis.
Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in data collection, processing, and reporting processes. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Le profil recherché
- Detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset and an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced skills in Google sheet or Excel
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in French and English
- And a passion for the outdoors !
